At GENERATION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
